At Bullberry Inn, we offer quiet, relaxing rooms, just minutes away from Bryce Canyon. Each room has comfortable beds, with rustic pine frames made by local craftsmen. Amenities include satellite TV, WiFi, and spacious private baths. After a long, exhausting day of traveling and sightseeing, you'll find your accommodations at Bullberry Inn Bed and Breakfast inviting and relaxing.

Breakfast

Breakfast is made fresh each morning using only the finest ingredients available. We love including fresh food from our organic garden during growing season. Enjoy your Breakfast with a stunning view of Bryce Canyon located in our rustic, John Wayne dining room.

The East side room offers a comfortable queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom. Located in the outer building with private entrance, wrap around porch, and views of the surrounding area.

The upper outer room is our largest with 1 queen, and 2 twins, separated by an en-suite bathroom. It has large dormers on 3 sides with windows offering views of the surrounding areas.

The south room offers a comfortable queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom. Located in the main house by a common area leading to a deck with grand views of Bryce Canyon.

LODGING POLICIES

The Bullberry Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 30 (thirty) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $35 processing fee per room.

Guests
After Two Guests the additional Guests will be Charged $15 a Night.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than seven (7) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can re-book your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

No Pets. Please call for help in making arrangements to board your pet.
